PDQ Contractors was founded in 1985 to provide Tenant Improvement Services in the Commercial Real Estate Marketplace. PDQ is privately owned by Debra L. Baldwin, President. Mrs. Baldwin is a B-1 General Contractor and holds additional licenses for C-6 (Cabinetry), asbestos, and is a Licensed Realtor.

Since the founding of PDQ, the focus of our business has been to perfect a project completion system which accelerates and simplifies the construction process - thus saving the customer time and money.

Because systems make organizations work, we have developed in-house and production controls that save both time and money for all parties. We have a dynamic management team; and since it is the people who make the system work, it is no wonder PDQ Contractors is becoming one of the most highly regarded Tenant Improvement Companies in San Diego.
